Piper Trophy Winner - Stuart Mackintosh

The Club's second competition of the year - at Tain Golf Course on Sunday 19 May was won by Stuart Mackintosh with an excellent nett 68, two shots ahead of Ian Calderwood. Phillip Bannerman took the scratch prize with a 76 nett 71, with R H Stewart in second place. Stuart's victory qualifies him to represent Eriskay Golf Club at the prestigious Castle Stuart course on 23 June, with the winner of that competition playing in the Pro Am at the Scottish Open. It was also a good day for Robbie Innes, who took the sweep with his 2 at the 5th hole.
